Then, you should check out the $500 scholarship created by ScholarshipRed with you in mind. •The Italian Cultural & Community Center of Houston is offering a $1,000 scholarship to a graduating senior who is of Italian descent. The deadline to apply is April 15th. •The Herbert Lehman Education Fund scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors. The emphasis is academics, leadership and community service. The deadline to apply for this $8,000 scholarship is April 25th. •The AZETCA Scholarship Foundation is offering several scholarships to graduating high school seniors who are Chicano, Mexicano or, Raza descent. The deadline to apply is April 26th. •The Mary Hill Davis/Ethnic Minority Scholarship recognizes Baptist students from ethnic/minority backgrounds who will be attending a Texas Baptist university.
