On Friday, September 27th 2019, The Cypress community lost a true Hero.  Deputy Sandeep Singh Dhaliwal of the Harris County Sheriff's Office, was killed while conducting a traffic stop.  Deputy Dhaliwal was a pillar of the community and a hero both on and off the streets.  He served his community proudly and paid the ultimate sacrifice to keep us safe.  Deputy Dhaliwal is survived by his wife, 3 children, who attend CFISD schools and countless brothers and sisters in blue.

Wildcats, we will wear blue tomorrow to honor him.
