Visual Arts Department's 3rd Annual Student Art Auction

The Visual Arts Department will host its 3rd annual Student Art Auction on Friday, May 19th, from 6:30pm-8pm. There will be approximately 500 works of art for sale with minimum bids starting as low as $5! Refreshments will be available for bidders. Bidders must be present at the end of the auction to win. It will be a cash only event. Come check out and buy some amazing student art to help promote our Wildcat Artists! Friday, May 19th! Mark your calendars!

Late Arrival/Early Release

Attention Juniors: Late arrival/Early release forms are due NOW.They must be turned in to the counselors' office no later than May 24th. Attention Freshmen, Sophomore and Juniors: Any changes made to your Next Year Requested Courses form, must be turned into the Counselors' office no later than Wednesday, May 24th. There will be no elective changes after this day. Please see the counselors' office if you have not received your form.

Make Up Hours to Restore Credit// Excessive Absences

Wildcats! Reminder that you MUST make up the hours to restore credit lost due to excessive absences! Seniors! You may be in danger of not participating in graduation!! Juniors! You may lose EARLY RELEASE AND LATE ARRIVAL on your schedule! In addition, VOE forms will NOT be issued to students who have not recovered EA's! Any student who has NOT recovered credit for a course will have that course placed in their schedule again for next year!!! ALL FORMS THAT INCLUDE MAKE-UP HOURS ARE DUE WEDNESDAY, 5/17/2017.

Exemption Card Distribution & Due Dates

Exemption Card Distribution & Due Dates for 9-12th grade, will be Monday & Tuesday, May 15 & 16th, during all lunches. Senior Exemption Cards to be turned in to the AP's office by the end of the school day on Wednesday, May 17. Grades 9-11 Exemption Cards, to be turned in to the AP's office by the end of the school day on Friday May 19th. Teachers will sign these cards on Tuesday, May 16. The only absences that DO NOT count against exemptions are College days for Juniors and Seniors (2-day maximum), and school sponsored field trips.

Cy-Wood's Choir's Pop Show

Make sure to come out and support our incredible choir program in their pop show, " a crazy little thing called love", May 12th and 13th! Tickets are on sale at all lunches and online at showtix4u.com. Search for Cy Woods Choir! Tickets for Friday and Saturday night at 7:00 are $10 & $15. Tickets for the Saturday matinee at 2:00 are only $5 & $10! Don't be the only one who doesn't see the show!

Tennis Tryouts

Cy-Woods Tennis Team tryouts are Tuesday, May 9, from 2:50-3:50 at the tennis courts. A current physical is required to try out. Please meet at the courts dressed and ready to try out. See Coach Schmitzer or Coach Wakeford in the coaches' office if you have any questions.
