Red Ribbon Week
Red Ribbon Week Fact #1: Monday is the beginning of Red Ribbon Week. National Red Ribbon Week celebration pays tribute to DEA Special Agent Enrique S. "Kiki" Camarena who was killed while trying to stop drug trafficking in the United States. Next week Cy Woods will focus on the prevention of underage drinking and tobacco use, misuse of prescription drugs as well as use of illegal drugs. Each day during announcements we will be sharing facts about Red Ribbon Week. Join us in our pledge to be drug and alcohol free. Monday, we will display that we all have the POWER to be drug free by dressing up like a super hero.
