Flag Football

Flag Football Tournament March 1st at Woods! This co-ed tournament is open to all grade levels. First 30 teams to sign up are in. Cost is $25 a student with 14 people on each team.

Prefer not to play but want to participate? Join the fun by being a referree! Inquiry at WRAP table.

Sign up forms for teams are found at the WRAP table during lunches. Registration of your team is due by JANUARY 27th. The WRAP table will be set up on Tuesday and Thursday the week of next week. Soccer tryouts will be Monday December 2nd right after school on the practice fields behind the tennis courts. To tryout you will need a physical on file with the trainers please see Coach Anderson about physicals. Any questions about soccer tryouts see Coach Day. No Shave November

20 teachers and 1 administrator at Cy Woods are growing beards/not shaving legs as they participate in No Shave November to raise awareness and donations for cancer research at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Each teacher will also have students in their classes participating as well.

 

The rules for No Shave November are as follows:

1. Clean shaven, no facial hair or legs on November 1st

2. No shaving/ trimming/ grooming for month of November

3. Raise donations for beard growth/ hairy legs however the teacher/students decide

 

All donations will go towards cancer research at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center
